Customer Service Advisor
An extremely friendly company based in Barry is looking for a Customer Service Administrator.
Due to location you would need your own transport as there is no public transport to the company.
As you will be working in a small team there is lots of variety on offer.
The role will include
- Processing orders, using SAGE & SAP(some experience preferred but training will be given)
- Lots of customer interaction taking calls regarding products and prices & orders over the phone
- Dealing with email enquiries and web orders , plus other daily tasks.
- Lots of internal liaison with accounts team regarding invoicing and price checking and with the Artwork department and sales team.
You will be totally customer orientated person with a can do attitude, that works well in a team and has a flexible approach.
Your CV will show varied administration with a strong customer focus.
