Scientific Editor - PhD Entry Level Opportunity

Are you educated to PhD level within biological sciences? ???

A fantastic opportunity is now available for a PhD educated Scientist to join a very successful biomedical publishing group at their modern offices in London.

As the Scientific Editor you will be editing and proofreading highly scientific and technical manuscripts from high quality submissions from authors worldwide. Utilising your strong scientific knowledge, you will evaluate submissions, manage the peer review process, and work closely with authors to overcome any issues. Furthermore, you will check and clarify data accepted for publication and collaborate with the scientific community and internal production team to maintain the high standards of the journal.

To be considered for this excellent Scientific Editor opportunity, you should hold a PhD within biological sciences ideally with some relevant post-doctoral experience in oncology/ cancer research or molecular medicine. Previous experience within publishing is not essential, therefore this is a fantastic opportunity to launch your editorial career.
