Senior Flood Risk Consultant- Inverness

My client, a specialist UK based Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Senior Flood Risk Consultant to join their Environmental Team based in Inverness.

It is essential that applicants have a strong MSc and/or BSc in Civil Engineering and have experience working within UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing Environmental, Flood Risk, Surface Water and/or Modelling Projects for Private and Public Sector Clients.

Applicants are required to have technical experience specialising in Flood Risk, Flood Estimation, Surface Water Management Plans, Hydrological Assessments, Environmental Impact Assessments and Hydraulic Modelling.

It is also beneficial for applicants to reside locally and have experience managing projects.

As a Senior Consultant you will be required to complete varied Hydrological, Surface Water, Flood Risk, Environmental and Hydraulic Modelling Projects for Private Sector Clients, Local Authorities and Water Companies.

You will also be required to complete technical work including Flood Risk Assessments for Planning Applications, Water Framework Directive Assessments, Environmental Impact Assessments, Flood Estimation, Hydrological Assessments, Surface Water Management Plans, Catchment Management Plans and Hydraulic Modelling.

Youwill also be required to part manage projects, mentor team members and attend Client Meeting.
