I am actively recruiting for a skilled, professional and highly motivated operations manager to join a leading charitable organisation with nearly thirty years experience providing specialist support services for adults with enduring mental health needs.

As operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a handful of Birmingham based services including respite care, supported living and residential settings.

You will join a forward thinking provider and split your time between the Birmingham based head office and being on service.

You will have responsibility for overseeing operational management of all the Birmingham services and will be responsible for overall service delivery and staff management.

You will directly manage the registered manager team, whilst ensuring that all services are effective and safe and offer care and support that is of an extremely high quality.

Liaising with external agencies, business development, strategic planning and budget management will all form part of your role as operations manager.

This is the perfect opportunity for an established registered manager who is seeking the next step on the career ladder or an already established area/operations manager who would like to work for a recognised charity provider.

You will be an excellent communicator, have comprehensive sector knowledge and be diven and motivated to really make a difference to the lives of the people in your care.

A formal managerial qualification such as the QCF Level 5 in health and social care or equivalent is essential to be considered for the operations manager role. Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle and the ability to travel to multiple sites is required.

In return for your extensive knowledge, skills and experience, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary up to £32000 per annum, continued training and development and access to an external childcare voucher scheme.

Interested? To avoid disappointment and for an immediate interview, please forward your CV via email or apply via the BS Social Care website today!
