FIP Worker – BRFC Programme

Salary £25,836 per annum

The FIP worker is to work within the Tenancy Sustainment Team in conjunction with Staffordshire County Council delivering the BRFC programme.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with young people and families in a holistic way to deliver positive outcomes without the need to escalate to involve statutory intervention.
As a keyworker you will be responsible for agreeing and implementing a robust action plan with the family and coordinating external agencies to ensure positive outcomes for the family.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to motivate and effect change in difficult circumstances.
You will need to be a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently and under pressure.
A full driving licence and vehicle are essential for the role.
