ICT Technician
Reporting to the Bursar via the ICT Support Manager, the role requires the successful applicant to be flexible in providing frontline ICT support in a busy School environment. This will include being involved with a variety of responsibilities from hardware and software maintenance to one-to-one and group training. Required skills include the ability to communicate well in technical and layman’s terms, to prioritise and organise effectively and to write concise, accurate, jargon-free reports.
