Location: East Midlands

Salary: £33,528 - £35,613, depending on experience with a performance related bonus.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Company provides grounds maintenance, arboriculture, landscaping, playground and street cleansing services to a number of public and private sector clients across the East Midlands with ambitious plan for strategic expansion.

They are now looking to recruit a highly enthusiastic and target-driven individual with proven successful experience in a Business Development role to play a key role in the strategic development of the Company.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have experience of developing and converting business opportunities and of writing tenders.

You will thrive and succeed under pressure due to strong resilience, demonstrable adaptability, and the ability to organise themselves and others.

You will have the ability to quickly form and sustain relationships both internally and with stakeholders with proven communication skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate and persuade.

Proven capability is more important than degree, business qualification or experience.

Requirements:

A full, clean driving licence is required and a willingness to travel within the East Midlands and increasingly nationally.
