We have exciting opportunity for experienced Service Manager to work in the South-West.
As a Service Manager you would need to :
" Work in partnership with Young People and support them in the transition into independence and adulthood.
" Empower and support Young People to access services and external agencies when and where needed.
" Ensure the region is staffed adequately and in line with the company productivity.
" To aid Young People in Social Inclusion and successfully securing a home/tenancy in their own name.
" Support /Manage Outreach Workers with their workloads offering advice and support.
" To manage day to day operations including staff rotas, supervision etc Ensuring the smooth running of the region.
Salary :
£ 23,000 per annum with contracted 40 hours a week.
This role will require travelling between Bristol and Plymouth at times.
To apply for this role you should have previous experience of direct work with young people who are looked after, at risk or in challenging circumstances. You must have NVQ Level 2 in Children and Young People and hold full UK driving license.
