HR Advisor Based in Newport!

I am working with a large international company who are looking for a HR Advisor based in their Newport office.
You will be working with a very friendly and supportive team and your duties will include HR advice, support and guidance to managers, payroll, absence and time management, recruitment of new starters, setting up new employees, preparation of terms and conditions for all staff, preparing monthly reports for managers. Responding to internal and external auditors. Ensuring legal compliance is adhered to at all times. Undertake HR projects as and when required.
You will have a good knowledge and experience of working in HR within a manufacturing environment , with a qualification to CIPD level desirable.
You will have a good standard of education and be IT literate.
You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
