I am now seeking a PRE APC QUANTITY SURVEYOR to work as an Assistant Project Surveyor in South East London to join a firm of construction cost consultants to work on large residential projects.

You will be working on your diary and taking your APC this year.

Projects include private rented sector, residential towers, later living, affordable housing etc.

A background working for another UK firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants is essential.

You will be involved in pre and post contract work.


My client is a successful firm of construction consultants mainly providing quantity surveying, employers agent and project management services to a good range of clients for commercial, residential and sports and leisure projects.


You will be a PRE APC QUANTITY SURVEYOR who has a Degree, Masters or Diploma in Quantity Surveying and you will need to be taking your APC to become RICS qualified this year.

Your Degree will be at 2:1 level or above.

You will work as an Assistant Project Surveyor and be able to run your own projects.

You will need to have good pre and post contract experience.

Ideally you will have worked on a range of residential buildings.

You will have worked for a known UK firm of private practice quantity surveyors.

You should be able to work using your own initiative and work closely with the project surveyor or senior project surveyor on high value projects.

Further support will be given to complete your diary to sit the APC.
