As the CCU Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible managing the Client Opening and Conflict Request Mailboxes to ensure that all new client opening and conflict search requests are processed in an efficient and timely manner.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate CCU work streams.

• Manage CCU shared Outlook mailboxes.

• Assist with the delivery of CCU projects.

• Assist internal clients with ad-hoc queries via email and telephone. Directing queries to the appropriate person.

• Provide an efficient and professional service to all internal clients.

• Build strong and lasting relations with internal clients, colleagues and stakeholders in order to achieve business goals and objectives.
