Assistant Estimator/Surveyor
Southampton
GBP11 Per Hour
I am working with a Cladding and Carpentry sub contractor based in the city of Southampton.
They are a small but growing business and are looking for a Graduate or Assistant level Estimator/ Surveyor to join the team.
In this role you will work closely with the Managing Director and will be involved in pricing Cladding and Carpentry packages and cost control of projects. The owner of the business is very experienced within this sector and is looking for a bright and hard working person who he can mentor and train.
This is a long term position with the option of going from a temporary contract to a permanent role.
Experience in Cladding and Carpentry would be an advantage but not essential. If you have recently graduated with a construction related qualification or have a few years experience in Estimating, Surveying or Buying then this role will be ideal for you.
Qualification
HNC in Construction or Degree - Desirable
CSCS Card- Desirable
