A brand new position has arisen within a first class facilities team in Manchester for a rising star in the industry. Our client is seeking a talented individual to manage five high end commercial assets in the city totalling over 100,000 sq ft.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with a strong sense of drive and natural passion for FM to manage multiple assets within a highly successful team. What is unique about this opportunity is that you will be part of a closely knit team, enabling you to learn and develop from them, whilst also being supported when you need it. Our client is seeking an individual who will manage the hard and soft services to the properties to a five star standard, whilst also managing the subsequent health and safety compliance.

You must have a minimum of an IOSH qualification and have proven experience in managing health and safety previously, ideally via an industry health and safety platform. Customer service skills are critical as you will be liaising with the various tenants on a regular basis, ensuring they are totally satisfied with the service delivery that you will be managing.
