B2B Marketing & Events Manager: Global Headhunters
My client is a top Headhunting firm specialising in recruitment of C-level candidates in top tech companies in varying stages of their funding cycles and now looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing and Events Manager to manage their brand proposition and events marketing.
Based in the heart of London West-end, the company is looking to invest in a self-starter who would take on multiple responsibilities to bring in sophisticated marketing practices and ultimately the founders' vision of the brand to life. Having established themselves as the leaders in the executive search market, they want to really invest in their marketing activities and the typical plan is as follows:
You will be implementing key marketing initiatives:
Updating their CRM
Helping with the re-design of collateral
Setting the events calendar
Setting the content calendar and managing social media channels - This would entail collating blog articles and industry updates.
Coming up with new ideas around the brand to make executive search a well-rounded experience for clients and candidates alike. This would entail coming up with offerings outside of just recruitment to have a voice in the market.
Working from the analytics report to advise on targeted marketing activity
Working on internal events (away-days, incentive trips, and parties & dinners) and
You will be reporting directly into the founders directly and work closely with a team of high achieving salespersons.
