Our local government client is looking for people to join their already successful team, helping them provide a first class service to their customers. You will be taking payments and making payment plans for debtors providing a first class service through excellent call handling and communication skills.
You will need to have contact centre experience. The following attributes would be an advantage when applying for this role
Previous proactive outbound experience and a confident communicator
Strong rapport building skills and ability to handle challenging customers.
Good IT skills
Previous work history within a call centre environment would be an advantage
