We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Payroll/Accounts Administrator within our busy Accounts office. Previous experience essential.

Main duties to include:

  • Weekly Payroll Processing
  • Accounts receivable posting
  • Banking
  • Sales Ledger Reconciliations
  • Invoicing
  • Purchase ledger invoice entry, supplier payment reconciliations and supplier 
  • payment run
  • Month end reporting & reconciliations
  • To assist with credit control and general administration duties.

The ability to use relevant computer systems and software, Sage 50 Payroll and Sage X3 is vital for this position as is the ability to use your own initiative.

This is a full-time position 37 hours per week
