E-Learning Designer & Support Assistant
Nr Coventry, Warwickshire
£25,000 per annum

We are now looking for an E-Learning Designer & Support Assistant to join our passionate team.

As an E-Learning Designer & Support Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of our commercial e-learning and online training programmes.
In this varied role, you will:
- Create interactive, exciting and engaging e-learning content
- Work with internal and external customers to understand their needs and requirements
- Manage and support the Lantra Learning Management System (Moodle)
- Support our network of re-sellers
- Manage relationships with our external Developers and Contractors
- Capture and record feedback from customers and end users
- Work with the Business Development Manager and Applications Specialist to develop new and existing customer accounts
To be considered, you will need:
- Previous experience of education-oriented software
- Experience of MS Office, including PowerPoint
- The ability to identify and implement solutions quickly
- The ability to use clear, concise, well-written English to create content and an eye for design that makes sure that the visuals are clean, uncluttered and professional
Organised and proactive, as a E-Learning Designer & Support Assistant, you will also need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a customer-focused approach.
