Working closely with Senior Management within the Engineering Division to own the recruitment process from candidate generation through to placement to assist in the intrinsic growth of the business.

Description
This online retail company is growing and they require multiple new warehouse locations to be created to meet with demand. You will be part of building the recruitment strategy in this space.
Working closely with the Engineering Division Senior Management, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for recruiting engineering staff into the UK and Europe.
In this fast-paced and invigorating environment, you will be responsible for an average of 30-45 active roles within the Engineering Division at any one time. You will be responsible for managing the process end-to end - from pro-active candidate generation across the passive market; advertising all roles internally and across external job boards where necessary;providing tailored candidate shortlists after undertaking competency-based first round interviews for candidates where required - through to placement.
Working with senior stakeholders, you will also create a pro-active candidate generation strategy using social media, job boards and direct sourcing.
Profile
The ideal candidate for this In-house Recruiter role will be someone with previous in-house engineering recruitment experience. Someone that has worked within Engineering recruitment within an agency and can demonstrate their knowledge confidently is also ideal. Retail recruitment experience will also be considered.
You will need to possess strong relationship building skills and be confident in dealing with senior stakeholders. You will need to advise on strategy and best practice within the recruitment process whilst showing excellent communication and negotiation skills.
