Red Flag Recruitment are looking for a highly skilled customer service professional dedicated to putting customer service first and are currently recruiting for the UK leaders in providing insurance and warranties for people with domestic appliances.

Hours-wise: 35 hour week, Monday - Friday 11pm - 8.30pm. Occasional Saturday work 9am - 5pm. Training: 5 days of classroom training.

Starting salary OTE year one - GBP23,000. Starting basic pay GBP18,900. Bonuses scheme is capped at an additional GBP4,000.00 PA .
