Do you have a passion for cooking, love creating delicious food and want to be part of a large, family run holiday park? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you at the ever expanding Westwood Lakes.

This is a 7 days operation so weekend work will be required. Flexible availability is essential.

Chef:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic chef to join our team in a busy breakfast hot spot, lunch and evening meal cafe and hit the ground running! This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and has a background in managing a kitchen. In this role you will need to be a team player, take pride in your work and have great communication skills between the team and customers.

You will be responsible for the overall quality, preparation and delivery of our homemade menu items. To be successful in these roles you will need to:

• Have knowledge of running a kitchen and at least one years’ experience working in a similar environment
• Self driven and highly motivated
• Good time management
• Have a positive and friendly nature and be customer oriented
• Be organised and systematic in your approach
• Demonstrate high attention to presentation and detail
• Be able to work in a team environment and help in other areas if needed
• Show great communication skills

As we pride ourselves on our customer service being outstanding, you need to be able to show how passionate you are about their experience at all times! Experience is key here, however we have a strong team should further training be required.
