About this Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of Hafal service redevelopment across Cwm Taf for people with serious mental illness, their carers and families, including the day-to-day management and delivery of structured courses, promoting mental health recovery and well-being and facilitating peer support sessions. The post holder will be responsible for the support, supervision and line management of staff and volunteers and will be required to actively engage with CMHT’s and other appropriate agencies to ensure strong partnerships are maintained across Cwm Taf.
