They have an excellent opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager / Manufacturing Excellence to join them where you will have responsibility for the delivery of Manufacturing Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives across their Sheffield site.

This key position within a newly created team will work with the senior management team and will play an important role in helping to deliver and foster a culture of sustainable change through the embedment of lean and Six Sigma methodology. Identifying and delivering service improvement activity across the business, you will lead and facilitate KAIZEN, lean and DMAIC process improvement based workshops whilst taking ownership of change initiative from inception through to project delivery.

They are looking for someone who has proven Continuous Improvement analytical experience from a similar role. With an excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean and stream mapping, as well as a proven track record of leading a team, you will have the ability to set up, facilitate and lead projects.

Excellent communication skills and a motivated approach are key, as is having a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
