Brook Street are recruiting for an administrator to join our busy client on a temporary basis.

Our public sector client are located close to Nottingham City Centre and West Bridgford. They are located close to a good bus link and offer onsite parking. They offer a competitive pay rate and great working environment in an open plan office.


This is a temporary position working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. There may be some flexibility in start/finish times. The assignment is expected to run for approx 6 months with the possibility of being extended further. You will be based within the environment programme team and responsible for providing full comprehensive admin support to ensure smooth running of the office.

Duties may include but not be limited to
End of year reporting
Collecting Data
Inputting of Data onto spreadsheets
Processing Case studies on Publisher/Word, including photos & text
Data input
Implementing processes
Record management
Attending site visits

This role is subject to a basic DBS application

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, flexible and a team player. You will have the desire to provide a top class service on all levels.
