Senior Electrical Engineer

They have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team where you will have overall responsibility of HV equipment, maintenance strategies and personnel.

Managing the Electrical engineering function, you will set team targets and objectives whilst planning and managing engineering budgets and maintenance expenditure. Implementing and controlling engineering safe working practices, you will develop Electrical engineering and maintenance to ensure continual high-quality engineering whilst making sure all engineering plant failures are fully investigated and will implement safe working practices.

They are looking for someone who is ideally educated to degree level (or has equivalent knowledge and understanding), who has previous experience of a range of manufacturing operations with a strong Electrical engineering background. With managerial experience, you will have excellent communication skills, good organisational skills and will have a thorough understanding or Process Control Systems, PLC programming and an appreciation of high voltage systems.
