Relationship Executive / Events Executive

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Executive to work with the project team to support the day-to-day running of their Advance programme as it continues to evolve.

Reporting to the Advance Community Manager, you will be responsible for handling the operational side of events, helping to arrange with speakers, sending out updates and reminders, maintaining member data, updating collateral, uploading content to the Advance app and dealing with member queries. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the product, specifically with regards to national rollout and the Advance app, the first social network for business leaders! This will involve working closely with other teams such as Professional Development, Sales and Marketing.

This role plays an important part in ensuring our client's members have an excellent customer experience, therefore strong communication skills are vital. You will be confident speaking to people of all levels (previous experience of working with senior managers or directors would be an advantage) and you will be happy to work on several projects simultaneously. Flexibility will also be key as you’ll be required to support fortnightly evening events that are hosted for the Advance Community.

The successful candidate will be someone of graduate calibre. Previous experience in relationship management is preferred and you will ideally have experience of event organisation, analysis, insight and reporting.
