Salary - 17-19 per annum plus bonus, based on experience...
Candidate should have excellent communication skills - dealing with customers in a friendly, personable and professional manner.
Should have C grade GCSE's in English and Maths.
Collections experience or proven sales/negotiating experience.
- Self-motivated with a target/objective driven approach.
- Good IT skills (will be tested).
- Ability to work accurately, paying attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team framework - to be versatile and flexible.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good organisational skills.
Monday to Friday hours 8 till 4:30pm & 11:30 till 8pm shift, 1 Saturday morning every calendar month 9 till 1pm.
Optional overtime available every other Saturday (9am-1pm) paid at time and a half.
Full training will be provided!
Would suit anyone living local ro close to Walton on Thames.
