Learning and Development Coordinator / L&D Coordinator
Stafford or Shrewsbury (Travel between sites needed, casual user vehicle allowance applies)
Salary - £23,500 per annum
Temporary for 12 months with the potential for permanent status, 37 hours per week

We are currently seeking a professional individual to work within a small team that coordinates the sourcing and delivery of the annual training programme. As Learning and Development Coordinator you will assist with the development, planning and organisation of the learning and development business plan.

Responsibilities
Your key duties will include effectively providing a blended training and development support service of the highest possible standard across the organisation that encourages continuous learning and aids personal development plans. Further to this other responsibilities include assisting with the compilation, recording, budgeting and timely delivery of the annual training needs analysis, personal development plans, mandatory training and apprenticeship programmes. Regular communication with training providers, managers and employees is an essential part of the role. The Coordinator will also be required to update the L&D management information data base in order to provide a variety of reports and management information on training KPI’s.

Requirements
The successful candidate must ideally have a GCSE level education in Maths and English and a level 3 CIPD or equivalent (or working towards)/or equivalent practical, vocational experience. Experience of using a range of software packages and databases and the ability to extract information from within is desirable.
