Job Title: CRM Manager

Hours: Full Time, 36 Hours per Week

Job Status: Fixed Term up until 1 st October 2019 to cover an internal secondment

Location: Leeds Head Office

Salary: GBP37,352.90 per annum.

We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Manager to join our busy communications team.

The purpose of the role is to support Skills for Care to grow our customer, product and services data intelligence and help harness its power. With GDPR around the corner, the post holder will lead the ongoing development and management of the CRM system making sure that it meets the requirements of the organisation, is fit for purpose and delivers its wide ranging business objectives. This role will provide support for colleagues in using Skills for Care's CRM system; manage the creation of new, usable distribution lists and advise on audience profiling for marketing, business development and engagement campaigns; and have overall responsibility for managing the system to ensure the organisation can make the most out of the marketing opportunities it offers.

We are looking for a person who has experience of working and communicating effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and within a project environment and of project managing colleagues, consultants, external suppliers or contractors. Ideally you will have experience of managing a CRM system and being the internal lead for a key internal system, with knowledge and understanding of CRM systems, technical functionality and knowledge of Data Protection
