The role

Our client is on the lookout for a Senior Property Manager with the ability to juggle a portfolio consisting of both commercial and residential properties. This role offers great opportunity for growth within the company. It is a unique post whereby you will be offered guidance and training by the director of the company, in the hope that one day you will be ready to confidently take over. The ever expanding portfolio means that there will never be a dull day. This is an opportunity not to be missed.

About you

It is preferred that you are a Chartered Surveyor with Post-Qualified Experience, however should you have considerable experience with Commercial Property Management without being Chartered, your application is still encouraged. The portfolio is predominantly commercial, so strong background knowledge is crucial. You will be responsible for the day to day management, service charge budgets and property maintenance.

This role requires you to be assertive, meticulous and able to lead your team.
