What you will do:

  • Act as a champion for customer service / satisfaction - one stop shop for all customer enquiries regarding connections design and quotation
  • Be responsible for collating and communicating performance information to the business
  • Complete post connection completion calls to gather customer feedback
  • Ensure learnings from customer service MI are taken on board and foster a mentality of continuous improvement
  • Design, cost and quote standard connections and service alterations works for domestic, I&C customers and Disconnections to meet customer demand and contract obligations
  • Design all projects using the most cost-effective fully compliant solutions
  • Deliver against all GSoS, KPI's and SLA's
  • Be compliant with the relevant internal/external policies and legal requirements commensurate with relevant experience
  • Assist other design/operations personnel as required
  • Take payment from customers and issue receipts
  • Manage refund process for late connections, where applicable

We are looking for you to be:

  • Educated to at least GCSE standard pass level which must include Maths and English and or equivalent NVQ.
  • preferably have technical or design background
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Have a good work ethic and willing to take on new responsibilities
  • Adapt to change
  • Be skilled in verbal and written communication
  • Understanding of customer and commercial pressures
  • Basic understand of SAP is preferred but not essential
  • SynerGee and SAP connections training
  • Understanding of the NGN Way
  • GIS
  • Customer facing experience is preferred but not essential
  • Technical background preferred

The Package

  • Permanent, Personal Contract
  • Salary - £20,000 - £28,000.00 dependent on experience
  • 40 hours per week
  • Up to 5% bonus per annum depending on performance
