Be part of something rewarding and join our busy Financial Services team as an Insurance SME Consultant. We are looking for an individual with a strong Business Analysis background with experience of Insurance industry applications who wants to progress their career, and get involved in various exciting opportunities such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) propositions.

Your future duties and responsibilities: Potential projects you could be involved include: Insurer hosted pricing hub projects, end to end delivery of Robotic Process Automation or other systems integration projects for our insurance sector clients.

You will help and support the implementation of agreed solutions. You will be required to show a broad understanding of your insurance related specialism and will have to analyse business problems, draw appropriate conclusions and present solutions using that specialist knowledge.

The role will require using risk assessment to evaluate options for our clients, support proposals and gather relevant information in the resolution of business problems. The successful candidate will be expected to keep abreast of changes and developments in their specialist area.

You will also be required to demonstrate a solid understanding of client needs, drivers and opportunities in your specialist area and then relate to the overall client engagement and wider business objectives.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role: The ideal person for this role will have a strong business analysis background, but wants to advance their career and learn new skills. Excellent requirements gathering experience is essential. You will be smart, have a flexible attitude and will have excellent communication skills. A good knowledge of insurance related terminology and experience of Insurance applications (e.g Polaris and Guidewire) and IT systems with the insurance sector is highly desirable. Previous experience with Robotics Process Automation is desirable, but is not essential.

Demonstrable experience of client and stakeholder engagement is essential as is a flexible attitude towards travel. This role will be based in Bristol; however there will be travel to client locations and other CGI offices.
