We need your help to do this…

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated customer service agent to join us on our mission to provide our French customers with a personal and friendly service every time. You will be working in a vibrant and lively environment where we proudly provide continuous support. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an international team all working towards the same end goal – exceptional customer service to be proud of. 

We are currently looking for a Spanish speaking agent based in our head office in Colchester, Essex. If you want to be part of our journey and take the brand from strength to strength – apply now! 

What will your role involve?

+ Managing customer queries via telephone and email on a day to day basis
+ Updating customer's orders and accounts via online and in-house databases
+ Checking and amending live orders where appropriate
+ Liaising with couriers via telephone and web regarding customer's deliveries 
+ Delivering a first-rate customer service experience in all cases

What are we looking for?

+ Enthusiastic and friendly personality
+ Ability to communicate professionally via telephone and email
+ Fluent in spoken and written Spanish language (as well as fluency in English) 
+ Strong team player
+ Flexible in terms of working hours
+ Affinity to sports nutrition and/or fitness is a definite advantage
