Due to winning a number of new projects a we are recruiting a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join this well-established multidisciplinary Consultancy with a very impressive track record of delivering both new build and refurb projects for a number of blue-chip clients.

The Job
The practice has excellent growth plans and look to expand their workforce in the upcoming months to meet the demands of the ever-growing workload. They're seeking to appoint a Project Manager to join their Leeds office.

Working closely with the Client throughout, you will be involved in delivering the full range of Project Management duties. You will be working on a range of schemes, both new build and refurbishment, predominantly in the Retail and Commercial sectors where you will be acting as the single point of contact for the Client.

The successful Candidate will join a wider technical team, currently enjoying a robust workload and a developing Client base. You will be a key member of the team, pushing the Project Management arm of the business forward, with very real opportunities for further progression available.

The Person
Applicants for this role will have a strong technical Construction background, ideally in Building Surveying or a similar discipline, and will have a proven track record in successfully delivering construction Project Management services.

This dynamic Consultancy is looking to employ a real team player who takes a 'hands-on' approach to their project work. You must rise to challenges, take a creative and enthusiastic approach to work and go on to produce outstanding results. A positive attitude, motivation and the confidence to take responsibility and build strong Client relationships is desired.
