Customer Account Administrator
Role: Customer Account Administrator
Salary: Starting Salary: £21,000
Hours: 8-5pm Monday - Friday (Saturday AM rota 1 in 4)
What does the role entail?
You'll work in a team of 5 to ensure that all customer emails and orders are processed quickly and effectively. You will report to the department Team Leader and work closely with various departments throughout the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
" Diligently processing customers purchase orders.
" Delivering outstanding customer care by successfully responding to emails, showing your passion and dedication along the way.
" Building a rapport with Key Account customers, helping them with their queries.
" Liaising with the customer service team regarding customer queries.
" Corresponding with the Purchasing Department regarding stock queries.
" Handling return requests for customers in line with guidelines.
" Supporting the inbound team with overflow calls.
" Liaising with the technical department to help customers identify the part they require.
