PQE REQUIRED: NQ - 2 Years PQE

THE ROLE:

This is an exciting role for an ambitious fee earner to join this dynamic and supportive leasehold enfranchisement department, based in their Greater London office. Joining the firm, the appointed individual will be working on an interesting and varied caseload of property matters, with the support and guidance of an expert team behind them.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will be a highly driven NQ Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, with high levels of self-motivation and a desire to succeed. A good existing knowledge of leasehold enfranchisement would be highly beneficial, although it is not an essential requirement for the role. The appointed Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and will be able to liaise confidently and clearly with clients/colleagues. You will also boast superb organisational skills and will be an efficient time manager; capable of prioritising effectively to meet strict deadlines.
