You probably know something about Which? already. We're the people who test everything from cameras to cars. We're the people who champion consumer rights and constantly question on their behalf. We're the people who campaign with consumers to make change happen.The Social, Supporter and Community Engagement team exists to engage and mobilise consumers. We manage the entire online journey for our supporters, ranging from deploying creative ways to attract thousands of signatures to our petitions, to keeping consumers talking through our bustling online community.We're looking for a Senior Content & Community Producer to grow our online community of curious consumers and curate an engaging schedule of community content. You will also support the Content & Community Manager in implementing an organisation-wide Community Strategy that will make Which? the destination for consumers to connect with one another and solve consumer problems together. You'll also play a pivotal in making change happen for UK consumers, by developing and delivering digital content strategies for our campaigns website and devising innovative ways to attract new audiences to support our causes. Your ideas will drive awareness of Which?, compel people to take action and develop passionate brand advocates who'll want to stick around.What is on offer?Our rewards package is fabulous. On top of that, we'll provide you with a fun, hard-working and supportive team.What you'll be doing:Take a lead role in nurturing, moderating and growing our online community so that it fosters loyalty to the Which? brand from consumers, supporters and membersCommission, edit and write engaging blog posts that ensures the community enjoys high engagementWork with the Content & Community Manager to develop and deliver a digital content strategy for the Campaigns platform, that delivers on our supporter base and engagement ambitionsProduce engaging digital content for each campaign that supports the work of the Social & Supporter Engagement team to engage consumers to take action and become a campaign supporterTo deliver the highest standards of rigour/accuracy and a relentless focus on how to engage and retain community members and campaign supporters in all activitiesEstablish strong relationships with internal clients, ensuring a collaborative approach regarding any campaigns related activities.Monitor and evaluate the achievements, progress and impact of the Campaigns and Community websites.
