We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to join our team based in Enfield.

Within this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of our responsive repairs, voids and compliance services. This will include achieving commercial outcomes, managing contractors and 3rd party relationships and performance, delivering value for money and an exceptional service to our customers, ensuring we remain compliant with group health and safety policies and procedures.

Managing a team of four Coordinators, you will deliver against budget targets and provide data to assist with future budget setting as well as analysing information across the company related to property services spend to continuously improve performance and ensure full compliance.

In addition, you will be expected to deliver regular reporting and trend analysis to senior management and will conduct regular reviews of process and ways of working to mitigate points of failure and service risks.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous experience within a similar role coupled with experience of effectively managing a team and performance.  With practical experience of managing property services, you will be experienced in delivering process improvement and value for money and cost savings.  Understanding of building maintenance and property service process is also essential.

Commercially astute, you should have excellent communication and relationship management skills along with the ability to work under own initiative and manage differing priorities.

This car includes essential car user allowance (dependant on grade)
