Customer Support Coordinator
Do you have customer service experience and can speak a second language?
We are currently recruiting for an Emergency Assistance Coordinator to join our client's Emergency Assistance team to provide medical emergency and repatriation services to travellers worldwide who suffer injury, sickness or death whilst abroad.
You will be on a revolving shift pattern (including some nights, weekends and public holidays). The co-ordinators role is to handle requests for assistance, obtaining case details and liaising with the in-house medical team and insurers to identify and provide the appropriate response to emergencies.
The successful candidate must speak a second language (ideally European), will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a good telephone manner.
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
Hours: 4 days on and 4 days off - 12 hours shifts (7am-7pm) (8am-8pm) (9am-9pm)
