Trainee Claims Handler

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has customer service experience to train as a Claims Handler.

Based in Bolton, this Insurance Broker organisation is looking for a claims handler who is a bright and keen individual ideally with some previous work experience gained in a customer service environment

The role
You will provide a point of contact for any incoming queries or complaints whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. You will take new claims over the phone and report and liaise with the policy holders insurers on all aspects of a claim, reporting back to the client with progress.
Predominently working on Motor claims.

Full training will be given for the right person. You should have a high level of customer service skills and good use of computer systems. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn is important along with the ability to work in a fast paced organisation.

You should have previous experience within customer service.

Salary starts at £14,000 with excellent benefits
