JOB TITLE: Budget Monitoring & Systems Assistant
HOURS: 37.5 hours
BASE: Agile Worker
SALARY: £16,863 - £17,776

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking team member who has excellent financial and communication skills along with an eye for detail.
Your key responsibilities will be to assist with the completion of accurate and timely budget monitoring and financial data, helping to report and monitor the adult social care budget, and analysing large amounts of data. You will act as assistant in the role of systems administration for the in-house IT systems often dealing with complex queries.
You will need to have good interpersonal skills and be able to work in partnership with other members of the team and operational staff. You will need to be exceptionally organised, flexible and have a self-motivated attitude. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment and be able to deal with conflicting priorities, often under pressure, remaining calm, diplomatic and confidential.
