Customer Services Executive
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for this local company as a Customer Care Advisor.
Based on Purley Way - Croydon - £21,000 per Year plus progression plan for development
Business open 8 to 6 Mon-Fri - Work hours on shift ie: 8-5, 8-5, 9-6
You must have at least 3 years customer services experience and complaints handing, be pro-active, have a good telephone manner, work under pressure, pick things up quickly.
What does the role entail?
You`ll work in a team of 6 to ensure that our customers receive the highest levels of service possible. You will report to our Customer Experience Manager and work closely with various different departments throughout the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
" Delivering outstanding customer care by successfully responding to queries, showing your passion and dedication along the way.
" Building a rapport with our suppliers and couriers when raising investigations.
" Liaising with the warehouse regarding stock queries.
" Arranging for replacement goods to be sent to customers.
" Assisting the returns department with booking collections and returns queries.
" Raising courier claims and following through to completion.
" Being proactive and advising customers of any courier delays.
" Taking ownership of queries assigned to you and managing them through to completion.
