You will act as the Personal Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, the General Counsel and Director of Human Resources providing day to day administrative support in a busy office environment. Our Ideal Candidate
A confident and articulate self-starter, you will be bright, exceptionally organized and able to balance multiple priorities daily. With a positive, proactive and flexible approach you will be consistent in meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
·3 years’ experience of providing PA support at Director level
·Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Experience of working in a busy environment, demonstrating the ability to effectively prioritise to meet deadlines
·Supporting 3 Directors across Finance, Legal and Human Resources
·Diary management of multiple schedules in a busy and fast paced environment
·Coordination of external appointments and internal meetings, managing diaries and bookings
·Organising international and domestic travel
·Handling and processing of invoices and expenses
·General day to day administration and preparation of documentation and papers as required by the team
·Supporting the Office Manager to manage meetings and guests as required
·Coordination and organization of events
·Maintaining confidentiality and discretion alongside the maintenance of accurate files and records
