This company is one of the world's leading suppliers of high-quality static storage solutions, state of the art intra logistics and automated material handling systems. The technology includes robotics and complex software solutions. They have a strong order book following major wins this year and they are looking to expand the team.

With this continued growth they are looking for a Project Engineer to work within the Projects Department in Pury Hill, near Towcester. This is an ideal career move for a graduate in an engineering discipline with a couple of years' experience or someone with five plus years' experience in the project world which would include good knowledge of MF1 or NEC contracts, good negotiation skills and project control. The role will support one or more Project Managers on a variety of projects ranging from £1m to £30m+.

You will join a small team to deliver a first-class service to:

- Manage and control projects working within a specified design, budget and time line to meet the customers' expectations.
- Ensure cost effective and design standards compliant products and applications are designed to meet client specifications and to provide drawings in a timely manner such that agreed deadlines are not missed.
- Coordinate directly with Customers, Contractors and Suppliers as required to support to ensure execution of the project is to the highest possible standard.
- Attend and manage site, to agreed Company standards. Manage contractors, sub-contractors to ensure Health and Safety compliance, overall quality and installation is completed to schedule and fulfilling contractual obligations (i. site surveys, site establishment, contractor management, site audits, site discipline, site induction, toolbox talks, site admin, daily meetings, issue resolution)

To be successful we will look for demonstrable experience of a professional, robust, articulate individual with strong presentation skills and self-motivated, and able to work on their own initiative especially under pressure.

Travel to existing and potential new build and/or existing resident maintenance sites will be required as well as some nights away from home especially during periods where they are ramping up a new site; principally in the initial period the role will be office based.
