FAMILY AND COMMUNITY MINISTRY TEAM
Christ Church URC is seeking to build a Team Ministry of people with skills and experience suited to different age groups and interests in the church family. We want to draw into that family more of the people who use our premises throughout the week, and those who live nearby in the vibrant city of Chelmsford.
We are seeking two or three people to work part-time alongside the Minister of Word and Sacrament and our Music Minister.
The roles we have identified are
Children and Families Worker focused on Young Church on Sunday
and Messy Church
Youth and Young Adults Worker focused on College students
and older teenagers/20s
Church Community Worker focused on older people
These part-time roles will be for a fixed term of 3 years (which may be extended subject to funding).
Salary will be related to a full-time (37.5 hours a week) rate of £20,000-£25,000 per annum depending on skills and experience
