Administrator/Assistant to Account Manager
We are a leading supplier of home accessory products to retailers.
We are currently seeking 2 very able individuals:
- One to assist & support one of our National Account Managers.
- Another to provide administrative for our wholesale business – SAGE an advantage.
- Administrative experience.
- Organised & accurate with attention to detail whilst working under pressure
- Excellent communication, literacy & numeracy skills.
- Fast & competent use of Outlook & Microsoft office (particularly excel).
- Good confident driver with clean driving licence.
The role requires a high level of flexibility as it is extremely varied with duties including:
- Creating and updating spreadsheets for quotes & costings.
- Tracking shipments and maintaining schedules for foreign suppliers.
- Logging, photographing, packing & sending out samples.
- Traveling with Account Manager to visit customers – sharing driving and taking notes during meetings.
Due to our location at Saul it is essential that you have your own transport.
