Care Assistant

We have various opportunities available for Care Assistants to join organisations in the Coventry area that provide support to the elderly with a range of different illnesses including Challenging behaviour.

Working individually and as part of a team, you'll provide support with daily activities, adhere to care plans and communicate effectively to create a pleasant and enjoyable environment.

We're looking for someone who has a friendly and caring approach and is quick to understand the needs of each service user. We understand that at times care will need to be delivered in a high pressure environment so we value people who are able to work under extreme amounts of pressure and use their own initiative to deliver the best possible care the service users need.

Ideally you will have 12 months' experience gained from a professional setting (i. Care Home), however our minimum requirements are that you have 6 months` experience with a relevant qualification. You'll also be required to apply for an enhanced DBS or be registered with the DBS update service.
