This leading UK Manufacturing company are looking to invest in a HR Advisor to act as the key link between HR and the Senior leaders and employees within the organisation. The company has a very strong and well respected HR presence, this individual will have real autonomy and the chance to guide HR strategy within an innovative and high growth firm.

Your new role

You will make leading contributions toward effective strategic and operational delivery within the HR Team. Your advice will be valued by a range of senior internal and external stakeholders across areas such Employee Relations, hands on operational HR, Learning and Development and many more. This role will offer real breadth and the opportunity to lead change and business strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of 3 years previous HR experience.
