JOB ALERT!! - Ecommerce Dispatch / Warehouse Operative
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Ecommerce Dispatch role working for our Ecommerce business based in Barwell.
This is an interesting, varied role working on a private farm specialising in selling poultry, equine, pet, and gardening products online.
Key duties:
Answering the main phone
Dealing with customer queries via Email, Ebay & Telephone
Taking card payments over the phone
Packing and unpacking of deliveries
Boxing up & sending out packages on a daily basis
Basic Administration duties
Moving and carrying heavy stock will be required
Key skills required:
Excellent communication skills
Organised
Able to manage multiple tasks & work on own initiative
Punctual, Reliable & Responsible
Requirements:
Driving license (due to location)
Customer service experience
Good IT skills (GNVQ L2 or equivalent)
What we can offer:
£8.50/£9.50 per hour
40 hours per week
