HR Recruitment Manager

40 hours per week / 52 weeks per year (1 of the FTE)
Salary: £35,000 to £38,000 per annum
Based at our Kettering campus, the College requires, to be responsible for the Bedford College Group employee resourcing process and take ownership of the process of employee resourcing across the Group and associated organisations to which we provide a service, to develop recruitment processes and implement recruitment innovation for the Bedford College Group, to lead on the design and delivery of recruitment processes to ensure we are able to effectively source talent in a cost effective and timely manner and to work alongside, support and coach the team of HR Coordinators who plan and administer the recruitment and selection process across multi sites.
To be shortlisted for this vacancy you will meet the essential criteria which includes; Graduate CIPD with significant Recruitment experience, English and mathematics or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent or willingness to achieve English and mathematics Level 2 within one year and IT Level 2 or equivalent experience
