Excellent opportunity to join a leading financial organisation based in the centre of Redhill as a Part Time Part Time Call Centre Advisor. If you are looking to make your next move to a well known organisation and begin work ASAP then this may be the role for you!
You will be based in a established team of around 40 Customer Service Advisors and your primary focus will be to provide the highest level of customer service to customers in a call centre environment. You will be provided with a comprehensive training programme where you will learn the company`s bespoke system and gain extensive knowledge of all financial products.
We are keen to speak to candidates with previous call centre experience plus have excellent communication and IT skills. You must also have a minimum of grade C in English and Maths GCSE and not have any outstanding CCJ`s or bankruptcy`s. up to 15 working from 3pm to 7pm Monday to Friday plus Saturday morning 9am to 2pm. There is flexibility around these hours as they can work some evenings not all but must do the Saturday morning. Plus they can start work between 3pm and 5pm and finish at 7pm. Salary will be a pro rata of £16500.
